FYI: Interest rates highest in 16 months

Just received this:<<The average interest rate on 30-year fixed-rate mortgages rose to a 16-month high of 6.31 percent during the week ended Nov. 4, up from 5.64 percent at the beginning of the quarter, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association. >>
