Five Star Financing

Anyone heard of these folks?? They're out of Santa Ana, CA. and are requesting a deal w/docs that can be closed Fri, Sat or Sun. Any info appreciated.

I've done a few for them over the years - under the term of Loan Closing Group. Sub prime loans but borrowers informed. Never had problems getting paid until the most recent one that I did in September(still have not been paid)...may be a glitch in their system as they say--They really have meant it when they've said you could schedule it yourself---Docs are almost always a day later than promised - and a CA Escrow company is where the docs are returned.

Thanks, Teri for the info...docs are supposedly good for 3 days and are to be delivered o-nite.
I'll just be sure to put my invoice in the pkg AND fax it to them.

Docs go back to title co- and you are paid by Five Star direct(the lender), so you'll want to fax and email the invoice to your contact (Ralph or Debbie?) and except for the most recent invoice, I've always been paid in 2 weeks...
