For Brunella Hart - re: MD state TIP law

Like Anon, you miss the whole point of my initial post; namely the SS was trying to make an end-run around state law. Laws are established to be followed and uniformly obeyed by *all* parties, and there are consequences for breaking them.

Do I care for the Maryland TIP law? No, but I won't risk my livelihood just to thumb my nose at authorities either. Likewise, if you or the companies you used to illegally sign for were ever caught and penalized for knowingly breaking the TIP law, I wouldn't shed a tear for you, though I know you would scream and howl about the unfairness of it all.

Considering an MD notary is required to take an oath as part of the commissioning process (or did you skip that too?), I wonder just how many other shortcuts you took in your "willingness to work" and how many of your signings would bear close scrutiny?

Mine are all clean, as is my reputation.
