Happy Thanksgiving
First time in last 9 yrs I'm not doing a Turkey dinner at my house. In-law's just moved here from Florida so we are having Thanksgiving at their house. It will be an interesting day!

Re: Happy Thanksgiving
This will be my mother in laws first holiday without her mom and my family are the only ones going to her house this year. Now I dearly love my sister in law and brother in law but I'm quite ticked that they aren't dropping thier plans to be with us. I know that my mother in law really needs us although she would never say it. I'd like to do something special for her. I made her a little gift, I'm bringing a few dishes for the meal. I'm thinking of making Grandma's signature dish as a surprise.

Im sure what you are doing for her will be greatly appreciated. Holidays can be such sad times when you have lost a loved one. My mother was always the one that had the family gathering at her house. She's been gone for 8 yrs now and my father is in a nursing home. I've tried to carry on the tradition at my house so my kids will have a favorable memory of our Thanksgivings together.

Okay Ted...you're upbeat spirit is starting to annoy me. What's your secret? Drugs? Prozac? Something organic? Are you in love? Lottery winnings? Enquiring minds want to know.
If you can bottle it and sell it...you'd not have to do another signing, ever
