I met Gus at a double signing last month. I had the residence and he had the investment porperty in another state. He asked me if I would be interested in working with him? At that time I could not give a definite answer. However, about a week later I sent everything that he would want to see. I have NOT heard back from him yet. Oh, and he asked me after I did the closing. So he did see my work

Gus seems l ike a nice guy; very friendly too. I did a closing for him yesterday 1/4. He said he paid net 30. we'll see.

Did you get paid on a timely basis by Gus Nickolas Signing Service? He contacted me, what to know if I should accept a closing from him. Thanks for letting me know asap.
