HP1320tn Equipment Question

I was wondering if anyone else has run into problems while printing with this machine.
My documents will print half way and then stop in the middle of printing. The ! light comes on. I temporarily resolved the problem with the Old "Shut off and Turn Back" on trick but I was wondering if anyone out there knew if this was a major problem.

Does it stop and say "Manual Feed"? This is often the case when a document is an odd size. Just hit the "go" button and let it continue.

No, it will state Spooling and then the "Failed to Print Document" screen will pop up.

is it will all PDF files or does it happen with PDF files that either have a pw or an attached java script print que. Ive had problems lately with some files with these attached. I run a 1320T.

Yes, it is happening with the large PDF files - I checked to see if it had the pw or java script print que but it did not. The file sizes have been 2.17MB.

How did you resolve your issue? I assume I should reach out to HP tech support.
