How crucial is it

to cross out the correct pronouns in the notarial wording?? he/she/they....I accidently crossed out all the he/she's.

If there are two borrowers, then crossing out he/she is fine, as it shows (they) is left. What I usually do when I have two borrowers is circle (they) instead of cross out the other two. How many borrowers were there? If only one, was it a male or female?

It was a wife and husband, so all night I was used to crossing out he/she. This particular document, the wife and husband each had their own to sign.
