Husband and Wife signing

I have signing tonight where the wife is in Florida and the husband is in Jamaica - all of the documents except the escrow documents have only her name on them. I was advised by the title company that the husband will receive his documents in Jamaica and he will have them notarized there. Has anyone experience this before and if so, how did you handle it? I'm concerned that I will notarized her signature and then they will add his name later. Is it possible to cross out his name on the escrow documents since he is being shipped his own documents anyway? Help?

When you insert the wife's name in the notary section andd "only" after her name.
Or, if pre- typed in cross out husbands name and also write "only" after her name.

As for the non-notarized docs - don't worry about them.
