Inspections

If we want to do inspections do we have to be licsensed?
The research i have done says not in Cali.
My next Question: Is it worth the time to do them?
Could someone please advise?

I've done a few, I don't believe you need a license, at least for simple ones. as said in the thread below search both brenta/tx and margaret/fl. They have had excellent posts on the subject.
