Juret and Acknowlegement

Hi all i new to the signing agent world just waiting for my first signing. Can you explAin what the differance is between a juret and acknowlegement? I don't understand but i know they are not the same.

NOTARY CLASS 101. These are the basics. These should have covered these in Notary class.
Probably in the first 2 minutes.
