Lender Services Direct, Inc.

Has anyone worked with Lender Services Direct before? I have been trying to talk to
someone in their accounting department for 4 days now. I went on a signing for them
in September and the office in San Remo, CA closed. The women who assigned the
signing to me said that I should now call their main office in southern California. Well
I have left many messages for this VP of Accounting Rita and she never returns my calls.
They tell me to keep trying to call her. They owe me $150. and I would like to know if
anyone has had any problems with them and who else I can call from this company.
Thanks,
Rhonda Hey

If I were you I would sent them a certified letter... with a ten-day notice and copy the borrowers and the mortgage company. Saying that you are putting them on notiec for your payment. Or you will recind the mortgage docs. Don't you have an attorney. I had to hire an attorney to read all the contracts and it was worth the 125.00 for one hour of her time. She gave me guidleines for both the business and the billing aspects.

Pray tell, how would you 'recind' the mortgage docs?

I agree in letting the lender the know, but the borrower has no interest in your financial arrangement. Your dealings are with the SS and title/settlement and possibly the lender.

I would imagine you could go to the Recorder of Deeds or something. All of the notaries I have read from seem to have the same issue.... BEING Paid. Knock on Wodd! I Havent had that problem....

I do have forms to protect myself

This might be too late but I use to work for Lender Services Direct and I might be able to provide you with a little information however, I'm not sure if it would help you completely.
