Looking for LO's in Denver

I am a NSA and my husband runs a mortgage company. If you know of anyone looking for this position please respond asap. There are two spots open. Thanks!

Re: Noooooo - that's not the purpose of the board!

While some may not mind having their names broadcasted across the internet, I do. Not all LO's are demons. Remember who really pays you and gets you those loan signings.

I have read this board since the beginning of time and never post due to the lack of respect everyone has for each other here and I have always kept my mouth shut.

When other people feel the need to badger other posters it makes one think they are very insecure with themselves and need to make themselves feel better about them.

You never know who you will make a connection with on here. I personally give a lot of signings away each month and pay more than anyone else does and it's no wonder why more than half of you get paid the way you do; attitude goes a long long way.

You can defend it anyway you want -- bottom line: YOU ARE STILL USING THE BOARD TO ADVERTISE and anonymously at that.

Re: Noooooo - that's not the purpose of the board!

And you can view it how you'd like! Some people would really appreciate this post as you would if I was looking for a notary to do a signing. The best producers including notaries and LO's are usually the ones you know or who are recommended.

Anonymous...

Let me point out the rules for you, since you think you're offer is above the rules here....

General Discussion
Please use this forum to discuss notarial procedures, share experiences, ask questions of your peers, etc. Please avoid the advertising of your services - that's what your profile is for.

looking to hire LO's for your husband's company because you are a SA isn't making you a hero. If a SS needs a signing done, it is quite different than advertising for your husband's employer!

Re: Anonymous...

Would you say that if I was looking for a SA? I highly doubt it.

It does not say don't do it, it says avoid.

I think a couple of you take offense because it's not directly an offer to you but if it was you'd think differently.

>>> It does not say don't do it, it says avoid. <<<

Do you know what the word "avoid" means? In case you don't:

a·void (tr.v. a·void·ed, a·void·ing, a·voids)

1. To stay clear of; shun. See Synonyms at escape.
2. To keep from happening: avoid illness with rest and a balanced diet.
3. Law. To annul or make void; invalidate.
4. Obsolete. To void or expel.

So, please read definition number 2 and avoid from posting about this any more. It's getting old and childish.

I agree with Anon. I have done a search of your posts and 1. you have only been doing this work for little over a year and 2. you stated you would never reply to Anon posts in a very dramatic, gone with the wind type exit post....and your back. I don't take much stock in what you say and you are not the monitor of the board so get a like.

Re: To CarolynCO

Carolyn has a like! lol...you don't understand what's going on here, so back off. As she stated...this is not the place for advertising and the other boring anon needs to tell her husband to place an ad for L.O.'s and get over her Superior/inferior attitude, no place for it here.

Charm - Before you jump to conclusions, we do have an ad. I just thought if anyone here has friends, brothers, sisters or the like they might have a good recommendation. This firm is not a chop shop. It's a very respectible firm and they do a ton of business.

I can be as snotty as some of you too but I choose not to. And, if I want "advertise" here as you so call it, then I will. Thanks.

I understand what is going on here. There are a select few who deem it their responsibility to mommy this board. You also being one of them. There is some helpful info on this board but I don't see it coming from you two.

I am very helpful on this forum, so apparently you don't see much.
I am not mommying the board, I just came to someone's defense by re-stating what the rules are. And she STILL rants that she has a right to advertise here if she wants to! The brass of some people amazes me.

Yes, I did make an exit and in doing so, I said I would post when I saw a need.

*and your back. I don't take much stok in what you say and you are not the monitor of the board so get a like.*

Since you are using a numbering system: 1. it's *you're* not your, 2. you are the one who needs to get a like, i.e., *life* I'm assuming, and lastly 3. *you're* right -- I've posted that I ignore Anons and since more than 75% of the board are now Anonymous that is why fewer and fewer of us are finding a need or enjoyment in posting anymore!

I take it you are one of those people that live here? I'm going to use the "numbering" system too.

1. insecure
2. desperate for attention
3. likes drama

why post anonymous?

let everyone know who you are . I have a feeling that you would be too embarrassed that most would not agree with you and you are insecure in your beliefs. This is considered cowardly and you can attack all you want to, but NO one will lend any weight to you posts.

You keep this engagment going. Stop complaining about what is our option to do (respond anonynously) and move on. It gets so old to hear the same old whining. Start your own board where annonymous is not an option and only the "cool kids" can join.

Let the forum moderator handle this!

Charm and Carolyn are correct about not advertising services. Ladies, you know Harry is a great moderator and you can notify him of offensive posts, and he will handle it. Don't let these anon posters who are advertising against notrot policy get your dander up so early in the day!

Hey Charm let's look on the bright side of it. At least she didn't say "mommy I feel sick" then proceed to puke on your head.

Oh my little one still gets up occasionaly but thankfully most of the time she just climbs in bed with me and goes back to sleep. Then there's the times where she decides to continually kick the blankets off thus begining the blanket wars.

Re: To CarolynCO

There would be no need for members to remind posters of the rules if the rules were followed in the first place. I for one don't think it should be neccesary to run tattling the Harry every time someone shows disreguard for the rules. Act like an adult and follow the rules. Pick a user name so we can differentiate the anons from each other. It could be "sweetheart" or "booger" for all I care but at least have the courtesy to not turn threads into runs of confusion. And yes I said courtesy as it is not a rule, it's courtesy.
