NEED EFAX HELP!
I HAVE EITHER NOT BEEN TOLD HOW TO SET IT UP RIGHT OR I'M NOT GETTING IT RIGHT! PROBABLY THE LATTER! I CAN'T SEEM TO SEND. I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET ONE MOVED TO ANOTHER EMAIL OF MINE BUT ONLY ONE. I'M JUST PLAYING AROUND WITH THIS AND REALLY FRUSTATED, MAYBE CALLWAVE WOULD BE BETTER. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Okay, calm down. Describe the problem and maybe we can help. But please take off your caps-lock.
Thanks!

Re: NEED EFAX HELP!>What's the problem?
your right, sorry. I didn't realize what i was doing. I have been working on this for 3 days , email efax but when i do what they tell me,which is not hard but simple, nothing happens. I just wonder if I should try call wave. My computer seems to be fine, no problems elsewhere.

Are you attaching the doc properly?
You have to attach the document you want to send to another fax. Is this for the paid service? The free service does not allow you to send, only receive. Make sure you are logged in also. Hope this helps.

Re: Are you attaching the doc properly?
If you get fed up with it, I can suggest Maxemail.com
They run a pretty good service and I use it.
