NSA's in Hartford, VT???

My cousin lives in Hartford, VT and is considering becoming a SA. Is there anyone on this board that already takes care of that area? I don't see many SA's registered in that area and was wondering if any SS's feel there is a need there?!?! Thanks for your time.
