Nations Direct

Had to share this one ! Just got a call from Nations Direct for a signing a 7PM Tue. Once again I gave her my fee, once again she say's "I'll see what I can do about that." They must have a training class for their "pat" answer. lol I responded "this is the 5th. time you have called me and you know what my fee is! Please take my name OUT OF YOU DATA BASE , do not call me again. I hate when people waste my cell minutes.

What's really scarey! Someone will take their DEAL !

Anyway, Everyone have a Great Week and keep the "Shiney Side Up"

They used to be more flexible about paying the fee that you set. They have called me about 5 times in past week and I get the same story or we aren't getting paid as much from lenders and have to pass it on to you. NO THANKS!!!

Have to post as anon until they pay me. They claim they are only getting $100 from the lender, but they are getting an additional $100 in Notary fees. What gall!! They are charging for Notarizations that WE are performing.

They also charge a 'handling fee' of $35.00 so they actually charge $235.00 total.

I see their name on the Hud under signing fee for $175 to $250.
