During a signing this afternoon, I was refered to by the borrower as the "notarizor"...Hmmm I didn't know if I should be offended or laugh at that name....so I laughed!

Notorizor...as exterminator???...LOL

Look what happened to Ronnie - politics and entertainment make strange bedfellows - and sometimes (but not all) can work.

Your post reminds me of when I used to own a business which offered notary services. I would get calls asking " Do you have a notary REPUBLIC? Is HE in?" It made me want to put on a black robe and fake mustache!

Okay...today I was looking at NNA's site and somewhere on it notaries were referred to as more than just "functionaries."
