Notary tracking and invoicing
I saw on one of these message boards several recomendations for software that tracks signings and prepares invoices, lists expenses and such. I havn't been able to remember the site, and I can't find it in my browsers history or with a search in these boards. Can anyone give me the site for any apps you use? The one I am looking for looked pretty fair, and it gave 2 levels of softwre; one was without expenses, and one with. If I remember correctly, one was about $35-40 and the other was around $80 +/-.
TIA for any help.
Rick

I have Quickbooks Simple Start Edition 2005. You can purchase it online at Intuit or topazintuit.securedstore.com for $79.95. This program can make invoices, statements, checks, track expenses, customers, etc. I am happy with it, compared to other accounting programs that I looked at for $300-$400. Good luck to you.

Try signing tracker. Mini version is 39.95 and the full version is 79.95. I'm not sure how good it is as I have not used it, but it sounds like the one you're looking for.

MS Money For Small Business 2006 [Notary tracking/invoicing]
Rick, why don't you try Microsoft Money For Small Business 2006? Apparently, there is not a free trial on this product, however, I found a vendor at http://store.royaldiscount.com/money.html# offering the product for $64.98 with free shipping. Microsoft has a $30.00 rebate, so the net cost is $34.98. Not a big risk, I am going to try it.
Software info is at

Good luck!
