Hi Charm (and all),
I listed to the teleconference (first time) and thought it was excellent. Very informative. Victoria Rivera is definitely very knowledgeable, although I really didn't agree with eveything that she said, specifically her inclination to have the borrowers initial every single page in the whole package(with the exception of the signature pages) unless otherwise directed by the title company, signing service, etc.
And it came out in the wash that she had been in the marines for thirteen years !! WOW
