Official witness
Does any state other than MD has an "official witness" catagory? If asked by someone to be an official witness to a signature, we can be. No notorial wording required - we ID signer, then just your signature, date, seal and printed name.

FWIW, in my limited experience, only MD has defined and uses that term per se. However, most states state that a Notary Public acts as an official, unbiased witness for certain documents. It's just that the term "Official Witness" isn't used.
