On a split signing the 2 borrowers sign the rtc or...

each sign his/her rtc page, and of course with its date(what ever that is)

In other words can the 2 signatures be in the very same rtc page, or each gets its page.

Depending on the docs. I 've seen all signers listed on the same RTC form and I've seen each signer listed individually on a separate RTC. Each signer has received 2-3 copies of the RTC.

Be careful. If both names are on the same RTC, but they sign on different dates (you said split signing so it very possibly could be on 2 different dates), you must have them sign seperate RTCs and change dates where necessary.
