at me. I have searched all over this sight and found the question that I have but not the answer. Are the work orders just for us to track our agency agreements and signings or are they seen by the ss too.

Am I right in assuming that the "agency agreement" is only for us to know who we signed up with....maybe I'm numb....but I just don't get it???

The agency agreements allow you to track who you are set up with. If the SS uses the order system to track and assign orders like we do, then they can see the order as well. If they don't use the system, then it still would allow them to see the order if they ever logged in and you had put them on the order. But if they don't use the system, they would never see it anyway.
