Replace your toner cartridge. If the lines are still there, you need to clean the printer, especially along the paper path where the paper side guides are.

That was happening to me for a while too. Was frustrating, until I took some the cartridge out cleaned it and it continued. So I took the cartridge out again and looked at the drum, whoa it had the ink all along both sides of the drum which was what was making the lines on my papers. Delicately cleaned that off and now no more lines!.. Hope this helps!!
