Search2Close, 24/7, Centex, Good? Bad?

These companies and 3 others called me tonight!! :0)
As we say around here ...they must be running again!! :0)
Are these 3 new ones we should add to our ever growing list of companies or turn them down?
Thanks!

I'm not sure where the bad 24/7 is. Click on the orange search button and put in 24/7 or 24-7 and you'll find alot of info.

No problem. You have a wonderful Thanksgiving also. I for one have been thinking about turkey dinner constantly for the last week. Just hook me up to a gravy IV and I'll be just fine.

24/7 (San Clemente, CA) pay promptly, but they do tend to "babysit" the Notary. Just did a Countrywide refi for 24/7 today; I must have had five phone calls.

THE answer to your question

24/7 IS A good company, call Jeremy and talk to him personally.
Centex is a direct lender out of Texas, if they call you this is a good thing.

I do not know anything about the first company you asked about.

Re: THE answer to your question

Centex is a major home builder as well as having an in-house lender operation for their new homes. Corporate office is in Texas, yes. I would expect Signing work will be paid promptly as they were a client of mine several years ago when I did independent subdivision processing work. A good company.
