Seller's docs?

Hello all. I received a call for a signing today. The t/c said that it was the "seller's docs only" and that the sellers already had the docs. Does anybody have experience with this? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

Yes, the buyer is probably in a different state and is being handled by a different notary and you are only signing the sellers side. Verify this with the tc to make sure but that sounds like what it is and purchases/sales are different than re-fi's.
