I got a call from them today, last minute. To do a refi in my area. They offered me $70.00. I said I can't for that price and I told her my price and she said that they couldn't. $70.00 for signing and email docs, plus I had to make copies for borrowers.

I got a call from these yo-yos to do an Ameriquest refi...and she couldn't believe that I wouldn't do it for less than $125. After all, she said, it's only 6 miles from you! Didn't you get our email about restructuring our fees? I told her, that didn't mean a hill of beans to me, because I was not restructuring my fees.

I turned them down for two closings today, too. I wonder if they are able to find anyone to work for that little? Especially for an Ameriquest loan! Yikes!

I did take one last sat. got 110.00. Ameriquest 120 pgs.... was close didn't drive only 14 miles.
