Vital Signings

I did a signing for Vital Signings on 11/4. Simple Refi w/ edocs. It was only 5 miles outside of my regular service area, so I charged just a little more -- $15.00

In all----> 75.00 for signing
25.00 edoc print
15.00 extra travel

Received my check yesterday (11/15). Not bad turn around time, it's just a shame that they've crossed over to the cheapo side. I really liked working for Vital, but I am not going to do a signing for $50 unless the docs are shipped overnight and the borrower comes to my office.

I hope you didn't do one of their Ameriquest edocs for only $115; that would be really shortchanging yourself.
