Will They Ever Learn???

Exhibit A is missing from the package--not surprising. I request it and am told by SS that it'll be added later and not to worrry about it. I then have to explain that it's against the law to notarize an incomplete document. Well, the TC finally agreed to send it, but they say--via SS--that the borrowers aren't to intial or sign it. All communication took place via e-mail. They intend to break the law and blatantly put in writing their intentions. When will it end?

I think she means

that NOT signing or initialing this means they can/will swap it out later if necessary...no signature to be "among the missing"....and they will 'have no idea where that other incorrect legal came from..or went'. Devious, they are~
