Do most of you charge extra for a first and then a second? If so, how much more?

Piggyback doc runs 40% to 50% of your base fee. Just an average from what Ive seen.

Generally 50% of the fee for the first loan. If email docs, I additionally charge for TWO sets of docs, with the 2nd set usually half the price of the first set.
