Has anyone downloaded docs from mrgdocs before. I tried last night, and looked at the requirements for printer compatibility, and it said PCL4 or higher is compatible. Well, I have a brother MFC-7420, and we downloaded the eprint utility, but nothing would print, just blank spaces. Has anyone else had this problem from MRG?

Never mind, been going back and reading posts. Still unsure about PCL? I am pretty sure my printer is PCL4.

The Brother MFC-7420 is PCL6. The docs should print. Sometimes there is a problem on the sender's end. Give them a call and see if they can re-send them. I have had this problem in the past. Good Luck!!!!!!!
