Why would you pay for the privilege of working for a signing service? Those types of companies should be boycotted on principle alone.

I agree and I always turned them down however I was wondering if there are those people who have really made use of these types of companies.

I'm sure there are a lot of desperate signing agents out there who do. And I'll bet the companies knows this, knows that they're scraping the bottom of the notary barrel, and pays accordingly.
