need computer help..please :-)
this is getting so old. When I do searches, write posts, or anything that will open up a page I get the "page cannot be displayed" message . Would this be a problem with my computer or internet connection?

I agree with Betty. You may also want to try and pause between clicking on links, hitting enter in searches, etc. Sometimes pages aren't fully loaded and clicking to link somewhere else will cause the "page cannot be displayed" issue. Not sure how fast your internet is???

Re: too computer literate :-)
Thank you, I printed out your instructions. When I clicked Properties the window that it took me to does not have a Delete Cookies section. It had 3 tabs: General, Shortcut, and compatibility and 3 buttons at the bottom : Find target, Change item, and advance.
Got tired of being on hold will try back later with cable.

Re: try this jenny
I found it! I clicked on the Delete Cookies button but I didn't see anything happening. Was that it ? Also the History button has zero for how many days to store history.
Thank you.

It should have asked for confirmation. Then, depending on computer, browser, etc. takes a few seconds and its done.
