American United

I did a search but this did not give me a lot of help. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if this company pays? TIA

Did one signing for American United of Ft., Myers, Fl (Michaela Gorisch). nice lady. First check was
lost in the mail. Received payment in full withing 45 days. Would work for her again. Good luck.

I did one a while ago and had to call a few times before I finally got my check (in my last phone call I let her know that I was ready to call the title company and lender, that worked) I don't like to have to chase my money therefore I will not accept any more assignments from them. I don't remember the excuse but it was exactly that - an excuse.

This is one on my top list. Michaela is great to work with. Never had a problem. Always meet my fee. They do pay at 45 days from closing (or no close) either way. If you can handle 45, then I think you should consider them
