The Baltimore Harbor Tunnel is closed down right now. I hope you don't need to go that way.

No I don't have to go near it. Today's closings are away from the city.

They also shut down another tunnel (Francis Scott Key). People on interstate 95 are told to take the loop around the city - extra 40 miles AND, if it doesn't clear by rush hour, it will be a zoo. Loop is already a parking lot during rush hour.
