Do you notarize this one? it looks like it is for the title/lender company to file? It has a place to intial on the 1st page and no signature line for borrower on the second-only one for the manager???? Thanks in advance

If you are not witnessing a signature, then you can't notarize. PERIOD..... If there is no notorial wording, then you can't notarize. PERIOD.....
