I do not know how many of you do work for Bancserv, or have done it in the past, but I can tell you that my experience with them is good and bad the same time. I have done work for them the past three years, and untill two months ago I have done a lot of work, I almost never refused an assignment, I always completed the work regardless of what kind of effort I had to put in, I have never made a mistake to hold back funding and onest with you, all this time I was asked three times for an replacement acknoledgement that was more or less my fauld (I am talking about +1000 closings)
What happened lately, I am not used so much anymore, they call me maybe for 10-15 closings per mont versus 50-60, and when I tried to talk to someone in their management about what is going on, I was told that they changed the schedulers and that is why. I could not believe it, and I am still sad about this. Anybody with the same experience ? I will appreciate some advice.
