I called the SS and there is no answer, can somebody help me.

How does he has to sign the docs? Sometimes Manual and sometimes Manuel?

If the DOT is the one that is mispelled, I would have him initial by his name where it is mispelled and also on the signature page and I would have him sign his name correctly.

I put a sticky on the DOT with the correct spelling of his name because sometimes escrow likes to make the change on a typewriter.

You can find the lender/TC info in the closing instructions. I'd bet the name discrepancy is between title docs and lenders.
