Certification on RTC

Ok...I know this has been discussed here before but I cant find the answer I need using Search!

I have a Deep Green package that IM signing in about an hour and on the RTC there are sigs required for the Certification that they have not used the RTC. I wouldnt have them sign it because common sense tells me that it needs to be completed after the RTC has passed.....just wondering if there is anything weird that I need to know and looking for confirmation that I am correct.

Hi Kim,

I would think this would need to be signed afterwards. However, I am interested in seeing what others think. I know being the weekend, you might not be able to get a hold of anyone to ask directly.

You just let the borrowers know that as soon s possible on the 4th day (TC ends midnight on the 3rd day) they need to send that back to the lender/title company - if no instructions on how to send it back have them call their LO to find out how they have to send it back.
It cannot be signed until the RTC is up.
