Cochran investment

Just another great company to add to the Yes Yes list. I did a closing for them recently on 10/15, and have already received payment yesterday. They were so easy to work with even though the closing got off to a rough start due to the floods we were having in CT. I would love to take any work they could throw my way. Just wanted to share good info.

a little more, but for me it was only down the street and I was available. But to me getting a check in 1 week with no hassle and the package to the borrower works for me. I traveled less than 5 miles total.
