Contact Customer Before printing Documents
SS called me today while I was out, around 3:30 p.m. accepted job for today at 7:00 p.m., I rushed home and I thought I would save some time, get the info that was emailed to me, print, download and then call customer. Which i did, after 200 pages printed, called client, the client asked me where I was at, I told her in FL, she says, oh my, I am in Las Vegas and the closing is today at 7:00 p.m., she says I wonder if the TC knows this??? So I call the SS company and told them who I am, and the gal says they are going to be faxing you more paperwork, I said "Please tell them not to, she was surprised, and said what!, I said "just send me a RT Ticket to Las Vegas and make sure I am back home tonight at 10:00," the client is in Las Vegas not FL. Great Day Today. Just had to share. Live and Learn, Contact customer first then print the documents. (although before giving me the assignment, the SS had to confirm with the brw if the time was okay, at that point and time the SS should have confirmed the address, then the SS called me back and said it was a go ) my thought anyways, but how this one fell through I don't know)
