Correcting Docs

Lately I have been running into docs that need to be corrected. Either county/state is incorrect, or the title co is putting the township on the docs instead of the county. I am also having to add the non-borrowing spouse frequently to docs.
I have decided I am going to charge an additional fee for this service, as it is not my error. I'm wondering if anyone else is charging for correcting docs.
Thanks.

I too have had to correct documents. Never thought of charging for it. Pamela do you live in Michigan?

I too have the same problem, but I doubt that you will get anything if you bill for it.

I am afraid it is part of the territory. You may want to ask and get additional fees approved. But I doubt the signing company or Title will do it. You need to make them aware either by note or when you confirm completion, but aside from that. I doubt you will get anything additional. If you do, let me know!!:-)
