Did a quick search, I'm in a hurry Wife in Colo Husband in..

Tennessee. She is signing with me, he is signing there. Do I cross out his name (and initial) for anything preprinted with his name that I notarize just for her?

I think that when you do the wording where is says personally appeared before me you would only put her name in and make lines oneiother side so no one elses name can be put in. On both Ack and Jurats.

Just notarize docs in her name... leave docs as is.
