Docs
Thurs I received last minute e-docs from SS. Deeds and such. Appt scheduled for 1st thing Friday morn. When I printed I noticed they were a bit small, called SS, no answer. Continued to borrowers. I get a call Docs are not right, they need me to send an ack for each document I notarized from e docs.
I know I cannot send blank stamped acks, (he tried to tell me most do not realize you CAN do this), I asked him to fax docs, he said he could not do that.
Am I missing something here? If the docs are too small what good is another ack?
Should I not just have the borrowers resign the deeds?
BTW This order came in as a "small piggyback" no e-docs, ended up being 2 separate loans, 3 borrowers, 4 quitclaims. Loans were removing each borrower. I will not even go into fee, that was MY fault, I should have questioned the order when called.
