Why is it so slow for me this week? This is the last week of the month and zero...zip...not even one call today. This is a first for me. Is anyone else experiencing a slower than normal end of month?

I was slow the 1st week (1st week nothing), but these last 2 weeks, I've been busy. 4 today as a matter of fact!

Maybe this slowdown is a new trend. Hopefully everyone has been putting away money so ride out a market slow down.

Don't panic yet.. and I hope you've gotten some calls! Sometimes this can be such a crazy business and when we think we should be busy, we're not... and when we think we should be slow we're not. My first 2 weeks of this month I was slammed.. 3rd week was slow, and this week isn't what I expect it should be.. although I am busy.
I have been tracking my closings for the past 5 years, and you can never tell which month is going to be crazy busy and which month is going to be slow.
This would be a good time to market yourself, as the other poster suggested. (Sorry I cannot remember the posters name... no offense meant).
I use my slow time to get my house cleaned and get my filing done.
