Email with questionable attachment

Did anyone else receive an email from CD&C Business and Legal Processing Service? They have an attachment to open for their newsletter. The subject line says " CD&C Notary Signing Agent Newsletter." I never open attachments from unknown companies. Just wondered if anyone knows who they are.
