Ever heard of this?

I'm in WV and have a purchase closing scheduled for tomorrow. The docs were sent to me overnight. I reviewed them last night and did not see a deed for the sellers to sign? I've never encountered this before. I'm going to call the title company tomorrow to ask about it. Has anyone ever encountered this before? I first thought maybe the sellers had already signed the deed. I have a check to give them at closing so this is not the case. Your thoughts are appreciated. Thanks.

Ive had that happen once from Great American Title. They swore up and down it was in the package. It was not in either original or bwr copies, so they sent the DOT to me by email.

Never had that happen. It is more than likely a mistake. You can ask the sellers if they have already signed a deed. Your plan to call title co is on target. They are going to have to email you a deed.
