Exclusive Settlement Services

Ive searched and searched. All posts say this is a SS. When I talked to the gentleman a second time to ask some questions, he told me they are a Title Comp. I of course gave him SS fees when I accepted the signing. But he did say they disburse the checks right after funding. Just looking for some feedback on this company. They are out of Coraopolis, PA.
Also, any new info on NREIS. They met my fees and seemed very professional.

Have done one for them. Signing to receipt of check - 7 days. ( 7 is not a typo).
May be associated with NREIS.

Also did 1 signing for them , and also was paid within a week. Great company in my book.

Could this be a subsidiary of LSI? They are out of Coraopolis also. Nothing comes up on Google.
