FedEx account not working-what would you do?
The TC sent a Fed express return enevelope and I called for pick up but the account has not been paid up to date. Hence, no pick up. Should I Fed Ex and pay for it and have them reimburse me or is this typically included in the fee? Help!!!

Come on! If they havent paid FEd EX what makes you think they are goint to pay you back the shipping?
Just drop the pack in a drop box and have them deal with it!

or simplier, call TC and ask them if they have another acct (UPS or DHL) or a credit card to charge the shipment... I would NOT pay for it!!!!

Drop it in a Fedex box - but first make sure your name is not on there as "sender".

What am I missing? When I call for a pick up I just tell them I have a pick up and they are on the porch. In 5 years, they never asked me for an account number of the receipient, why did they ask you or why did you give it to them?
