Fidelity National Title

I've noticed in my way outstanding A/Rs that I am missing payment from several SS & the title company involved in the loans is the same. Has anyone else seen a trend like that? I have a hard time believing that several SS's (although it happens) are stiffing me & it's just coincidence that it's all the same title co involved.

Any input is appreciated.

I had a closing 9/30 where they were the TC. There were so many problems with the loan the borrower backed out. The SS said I would still get paid. We will see. Then the borrower called me and said issues were worked out and that the TC had emailed him the docs and asked him to get them notarized (I previously posted about this issue). But the kicker is that Fidelity asked the borrower to ask me to back date.
