This property is located in CO and I am in TX I'am not sure about the deed the instruction page said DO NOT CHANGE the documents, do I line through CO and put TX and not worry about the instruction page?

If you are referring to the venue for the acknowledgement, you have no choice. Line through the CO, put Texas and I alway initial the change.

Have the BORROWER initial the change. And yes, you change the venue.
