Actually IREP keeps me very busy. I handle two beneficial offices and two household offices and they use me exclusively. I am guarunteed at least 8 closings per month from each office. It usually averages higher than that, but I can pretty much count on at least 8 a piece.

I usually get between 14-20 signings from beneficial per month....Im exclusive as well......This month, so far, Ive only had 5.... just wondering if it is just my area thats slow.
